September 24, the tenth day of our Tijuana, Mexico, 3-week detour from our 2020 Coast-to-Coast Adventure. At about 8:30 AM, the BioCare Hospital and Wellness Center's driver was chauffeuring me to the nearby IRI, Imagen RadiolÓgica Integral, for a scan of my upper body including heart, liver, pancreas, and bowels.
Day twelve of our Coast-To-Coast Tour of America: About an hour’s drive north from Branson, MO. I thought I saw a sign that said “Lambert’s: Throw the rolls!” But we went by so fast; I wasn’t sure.
Day seventeen of our 2020 Coast-to-Coast Adventure: Kearny, KS. We stopped at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery for our two o’clock brunch. When my omelette came, “Whoops!”
Day twelve of our trip from Loganville, GA to Seabeck, WA was a big day. First, we stopped at the Harry S. Truman National Historical site to purchase advance tickets for President Truman’s historic home tour.
The sixth day of following the Lewis & Clark Trail, we arrived at one of our favorite spots on the Oregon coast, Fort Clatsop, Lewis and Clark’s 1805 winter camp.
Travelling from Loganville, GA along Oregon Trail made me aware of how time was collapsing in the Westward Expansion of the 1800’s.
Day three on our 2020 Coast-to-Coast Adventure: Savannah, Georgia. Wow! We loved our tour through Savannah!
On a typical day at my 8-5 job, most all of my customers know exactly what they want. Transactions can be, and usually are mundane. On Wednesdays, I volunteer at ‘Museum After Hours’ serving beer and wine. Again, the patrons usually know exactly what they want.
Day eleven of our journey from Loganville, GA to Seabeck, WA: We arrived in Independence, MO, the launching point for the Land Grant Oregon Trail pioneers.
