This past week on our trip to southwest Georgia, we visited Andersonville, GA, and the remains of the infamous Andersonville Prison, also known as Camp Sumter. When we drove into Andersonville, we were struck by the obelisk in the middle of Main Street erected in memory of Capt. Henry Wirz.
